Symptom

A domain is to be transferred to a new owner. The owner has an address in another country. Is a transfer still possible?

Solution

The new domain owner may be located in another country. He will be entered in the domain data set with the data he indicates when placing his order. Restrictions apply to some country domains. Thus, e.g. domains of most EU countries including the general .eu domain can only be registered by resident individuals or companies. Practically, for almost all cases where a non-EU citizen or a non-EU company wants to rent a domain of an EU country, Bitpalace offers a fiduciary service, so that almost all domains can be used problem-free even by this clientele. The trustee service is almost always free. If special costs arise, you will be informed well in advance of the domain registration and can change your mind.
