Solution
For security reasons, the phpMyAdmin tool built into the webspace control center can only be used after logging into the webspace control center. It is not possible to access it directly - e.g. via a specific URL.
If you want a phpMyAdmin that can be accessed directly via URL, you can simply install a separate phpMyAdmin as a program in your web space yourself. For example, you could simply add a subdomain and install the original software from phpmyadmin.net into this subdomain.
